Q: How does the service work?
A: It's simple! We pre-make meals for you to choose at our twice-monthly Raid Our Freezers!

Q: What if I have questions after-the-fact?
A: Of course, you can always call us at 589-6456; or you can post your questions and interact with Jonathan on our Facebook page.

Q: How much does each meal make?
A: Each meal serves 6.

Q: I'm allergic to certain ingredients -- how is this handled?
A: We are very sensitive to food allergies -- if you have any serious allergies, please let us know and we can look at specific recipe ingredients for you.

Q: Is this a luxury or am I saving money?
A: You actually save money using this service. Since we do the shopping, your monthly grocery bill will go down, and you'll have fewer trips to the store, fewer impulse purchases, and fewer trips out to restaurants and fast food. Plus you'll be getting really good food that you've made yourself!

Q: What if I can't make it to Raid?
A: No problem -- just let us know when you pre-order, and we'll set up a custom time for you to come in and pick up your food!

Q: What if I don't like something I ordered?
A: We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you didn't like something, let us know & we'll refund your purchase price, or give you a credit for a future purchase.
